...works
to promote international understanding between the residents of Fort Wayne
and the citizens of our Sister Cities through regular and frequent exchanges
of people, information and ideas. These exchanges provide valuable resources
to schools, businesses, and local government.
Established in 1976 and organized in 1983 as
an Indiana corporation, FWSCI, a 501(c)(3) Corporation, is affiliated
with Sister Cities International, headquartered in Washington, D.C.

We wish to thank the City of Fort Wayne and Mayor
Graham A. Richard for their significant support in
staff, funds and other resources to enable FWSCI to
link Fort Wayne with our sister communities. Over the
years Mayors Robert Armstrong, Winfield Moses and Paul
Helmke, along with Mayor Richard, have worked to build
international links. Their ongoing support of FWSCI
is a key part of that effort.
